If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging (if applicable). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns for digital items, monogram items, special orders, items that have been installed, items with signs of use/damage, or no longer in their original packaging, those items are non-refundable. We also have the right to adjust the return policy and refuse returns if the quantity or nature of returns is excessive for an individual customer. Sales items are final and cannot be returned and at our discretion, we may provide in-store credit.

Refunds: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we'll email you to confirm that we've received it. If the returned item meets our return policy criteria, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be for the purchase price less return shipping; any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that delivery fees or shipping are nonrefundable unless the item has a manufacturer defect or was damaged during transit. You will receive the credit time-frame contingent upon your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Special orders on non-stock items begin the process of production and scheduling immediately upon order placement and are built to your order specifications. As a result, they cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.


Certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items
  • Special order items
  • Items removed from packaging, installed, used, or damaged.


If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately.
