We deliver decor, art, rugs, gifts, apparel, tumblers through standard UPS, USPS, or FedEx shipping services. You can choose from our shipping categories:

Orders placed after noon at Eastern Standard Time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 Refusing Delivery Due to Visible Damage

It's not common, but sometimes you might notice that a package is visibly damaged when delivered. In such cases, it's completely within your rights to refuse to accept delivery.

Here's what to do:

Inspect the Package: While the delivery service is still present, take a moment to examine the package. If you see any signs of damage, such as dents, tears, or broken seals, this might indicate that the item inside could be damaged too.

Open the Item to Confirm Actual Item Damages: Sometimes packaging damage does not equal product damage. If the truck driver will allow it, please carefully open the package to inspect the product.

Refuse the Delivery: If there is damage or the driver will not allow you to inspect the product, Inform the delivery person that you're refusing the package due to visible damage. You don't have to accept a package that appears to be damaged.

Document the Situation: Take photos of the damaged package while the delivery person is still present. This will serve as evidence of the package's condition upon arrival.

Contact Us: As soon as you can, get in touch with our customer service team. Tell them you refused delivery due to visible damage and share the photos you took. We'll work with you to arrange for a replacement item to be sent out.

Based on the size of your package or the shipping mode, the shipment will take anywhere from 2 days to 4 weeks.

POD: Our Print Providers are able to ship to most countries, except for Guadeloupe, North Korea, Russia, and Ukraine. There are temporary shipping restrictions in place that affect some shipping carriers used by our Print Providers. Delivery to a particular country might be suspended or delayed.

Returns: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging (if applicable). Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns for digital items, monogram items, special orders, items that have been installed, items with signs of use/damage, or no longer in their original packaging, those items are non-refundable. We also have the right to adjust the return policy and refuse returns if the quantity or nature of returns is excessive for an individual customer. Sales items are final and cannot be returned and at our discretion, we may provide in-store credit.
